Ian saddler has worked in measurement and control for more than 40 years and in water metering since 1989. With specific experience in meter design, performance, testing, survey and installation as both a supplier and utility user, he brings unique experience and knowledge. He operates his own independent meter performance investigation and testing laboratory, providing analysis and advice to international water utilities and commercial organisations.
